Today we are proud to announce Xamarin Evolve 2013, our first worldwide developer conference. Xamarin Evolve will run from April 8–11 and will take place at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. This will be the event of the year for Xamarin developers. It’s the place to learn to build great apps, get behind-the-scenes insights from developers who have mobilized their businesses, and dive into the latest trends in mobile.
Over the last year we’ve watched our amazing community of customers and developers grow beyond our expectations—to over 190,000 developers and more than 10,000 customers. The breadth and diversity of innovation that we’ve seen you create is a profound source of inspiration. And so we are very excited to bring hundreds of Xamarin developers together for four days of training, collaboration and fun.

Xamarin Evolve 2013 will feature two days of intensive technical training, followed by two days of conference sessions. The training will include hands-on instruction in writing mobile apps for iOS and Android with C#, advanced profiling techniques, and integrating an app with backend network services. The conference sessions will cover a range of topics, including best practices in user experience design, mobile app testing and analytics, enterprise integration and deployment, and the business of mobile apps.
